The balance tool reads the public account: TRX, USDT on the official TRC20 contract, remaining energy, remaining bandwidth, and whether the account is activated.
Activation data comes from a read-only account lookup. If a field is missing, the page says it is unavailable instead of showing a fake zero.
A balance does not say the funds are clean. Pair it with the address check before you accept or send USDT.
