Is this TRON address on the USDT freeze list?
TRC20 USDT transfers from an address fail when that address is on the Tether freeze list. The tokens can still show as a balance. This is separate from an exchange holding a deposit.
The Chinese freeze tool queries that list for a T-address and says so when the list could not be read. It does not invent a “not frozen” result. It also does not score counterparties or produce a PDF.
Use the full address check when you also need the public risk labels. Neither result is a court finding or an exchange decision.
